If our products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please request your return by sending an email to orders@ottange.com
Returns may be issued, depending on the following conditions:
The product you want to return was purchased from Ottange.com
Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered.
The items have not been used commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.
The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased
If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.Additionally, Ottange cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges. If you would like to buy a different product, please return your merchandise and make a new purchase from the website. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded.
